- We will inform you via SMS once the claim has been sent.
- The insurance company will then deposit the amount they cover back into your chosen bank account.
For pets insured with GapOnly insurance partners, we can even submit the claim on the day of the visit, and you only need to pay the gap!
Here’s how it works:
- Provide us with your pet’s insurance policy details (only for the first time).
- Let the team know you wish to pay via GapOnly when you check in for your appointment.
- After your visit, wait for the submission of your pet’s claim by our team.
- Within 10 minutes, your insurance provider will inform us about the benefit being paid.
