Vets in Cranbourne is proud to offer our patients and clients access to a comprehensive range of in-house diagnostic equipment including an ultrasound machine.
Ultrasound technology is a non-invasive way to examine your pet’s internal organs including the liver, spleen, kidneys and bladder. This technology is also commonly employed to scan the gastro-intestinal system for blockages. If your pet’s condition requires it, we can bring in a specialist ultrasonographer to perform full heart or abdominal scanning. Ultrasound examinations usually require a day long stay in our vet hospital and your pet will be discharged in the afternoon.
